SySTEM Now!

CH2M HILL co-created the sySTEM Now! (Strengthening our Youth in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics Now) initiative in Milwaukee with the intent to bring awareness, efficiency, and synergy to existing student outreach programs. As an umbrella organization, it serves as a "clearinghouse" to bring representatives from local businesses, public schools, colleges and universities, and elected officials together for the purpose of addressing the decline in enrollment in STEM-related university and college degree programs and the low percentage of females and minorities pursuing STEM-related careers. This collaboration involves CH2M HILL, Marquette University's College of Engineering, Milwaukee Public Schools, Engineers & Scientists of Milwaukee, and Milwaukee County.
