Michael Lucki, CPA
Mr. Lucki has more than 30 years of global public accounting experience with engineering and construction companies. Prior to joining CH2M HILL in November 2010, Mr. Lucki was a senior partner with Ernst & Young. He was the global leader of Ernst & Young’s engineering and construction industry and infrastructure practices and also the Americas practice leader.
Mr. Lucki has experience in over 100 mergers and acquisitions, including deal structuring, due diligence, tax structuring, complex financial issues, and merger integration. He is also experienced in financial reporting (including the Securities and Exchange Commission [SEC]), initial public offerings, risk management practices, taxation and corporate finance issues, strategic planning, and capital market transactions. Mr. Lucki was the spokesperson for Ernst & Young addressing engineering, construction, and infrastructure matters with the media and with professional organizations.
Education
Mr. Lucki received a BS in Business Administration with an emphasis in accounting from California State University, Los Angeles (CSULA). He is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in California and Louisiana.

Mr. Lucki is a National Board Member of the Construction Financial Management Association (CFMA), National Committee Member of the Tax and Fiscal Affairs Committee and the International Committee of Associated General Contractors (AGC), Member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the California Society of Certified Public Accountants, Chair of the CSULA School of Business - Accounting Advisory Board, and a Trustee of the California State University System Foundation Board.
