CH2M HILL's Toronto office hosts engineering open house

In celebration of National Engineering Month in Canada, CH2M HILL's Toronto office invited Grade 12 students from an Introduction to Engineering course to the office for an educational open house. The program included the importance of health and safety, an introductory presentation on CH2M HILL, an office tour, a demonstration of three-dimensional design (allowing students to do a virtual walkthrough of a facility), a Q & A session with a panel of CH2M HILL engineers, a hands-on engineering activity led by the Young Professionals Group - Toronto, and a wrap-up of the day's events. Plans are underway to expand the program going forward.
